We enjoyed the most beautiful day. It was 75 degrees and went to the park to play in the leaves since our leaves were all mowed up. Isaac loves the crunching of the leaves. He looks so grown up.

We had fun on Halloween. We went out to dinner with some friends and their son Michael and then to Aspen Grove Mall for Trick or Treating. The boys had fun. Michael was a beaver and Isaac was a turkey. Everyone thought they were sooo cute. Isaac got his costume on after dinner and ran around the restaurant and was strutting his stuff as a turkey. It was so funny. Isaac got his first Tootsie Roll and liked to shake it around in his pail. When he got his second piece of candy, he threw out the Tootsie Roll and started to shake his new piece of candy. We later went home and gave out candy at our house. Isaac liked all the kids coming to the door and wanted to check them all out. He also had fun taking the candy out of the candy bowl and giving it to me and then putting it back in the bowl. He wouldn't give even one piece to Ian. It was cute.

Our Little Turkey

We had so much fun yesterday taking these pictures. Isaac loved walking through the leaves. He was so cute and had no idea that he was dressed as a turkey. He will love these later- I am sure of it. He liked to touch the pine tree and crinkle the leaves in his hands. We are going to take him to a children's Halloween party and I think he might win the costume contest.

Our first blog!
I am so excited to hear about this blogging thing. I think it will be a great way for our family to keep in touch and a wonderful way to archive our time with our beautiful baby boy. I love being a mom and it is getting better everyday. Isaac does something new and funny all the time. Today he said "cheese" and likes to turn in circles until he gets dizzy. He cracks me up. On Wed. 10/15/2008, Ian, Isaac and I went to a pumpkin patch in Lafayette , CO. It was so fun. I was also so pretty. Thousands of pumpkins with the mountains in the background. Isaac liked to touch the pumpkins and try to lift them. He also liked to try to sit on everything-pumpkins and bales of hay. He had fun in the hay bale maze, but was more interested in the other kids. He is so interested in other kids. He would point at the farm animals and pumpkins and say "Eeagh" (his version of what's that). We picked our own pumpkin and had a great day.
